Voting Rights Protection
We are introducing the Voting Rights Restoration Act, which would establish federal standards for polling place accessibility, early voting periods, and mail-in ballot procedures. Every eligible citizen must be able to vote without intimidation or unnecessary obstacles.
Police Accountability
Our Police Reform Package includes mandatory body cameras, independent oversight boards with subpoena power, and the elimination of qualified immunity for officers who violate constitutional rights. Community safety and police accountability are not opposing goals.
